At Huskisson Public School, we offer a variety of programs in the classroom and across the school to help students build new skills, make friends and explore new interests.

Our programs may include:

Our extra-curricular highlights

Creative and Performing Arts

Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.

Debating and Public Speaking

Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.

Trips and excursions

Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world. We are lucky to be located in such a stunning area.

Incursions and Workshops

Incursion performances enrich learning by engaging students with interactive experiences. For small schools, they provide access to diverse educational opportunities without the need to travel.

Swim Scheme Program

The Swim Scheme program offers students intensive and essential swimming and water safety lessons, building confidence and skills to help keep them safe in and around water.

Technology and STEAM Projects

Our Technology and STEAM program inspires creativity and problem-solving through hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and maths, preparing students for the future.
